About Virtual Training

ABOUT OUR ATHLETE VIRTUAL TRAINING

Plus 2 University is excited to announce the launch of its new virtual speed improvement program, available in both 7-week and 13-week formats. This comprehensive program is designed to elevate athletes’ performance by focusing on speed enhancement through proven training methods. Participants will benefit from a detailed program that is sure to address the gaps that exist in so many developmental athletes. An example of this is our emphasis on barefoot training protocols for the purpose of ankle stiffness, foot muscle strengthening and sensory awareness.

The program includes access to an extensive exercise video library, offering clear demonstrations of the warm up, mobility, mechanical, plyometric and variety of sprint drills the athlete will be instructed to do. This ensures the athletes know what the movements look like and what are the key coaching points of the movement or exercise.

Also, the program integrates advanced athlete tracking technology with Fiyrpod GPS, providing real-time insights into performance metrics. This data will automatically is shared with our coaching team through software that integrates seamlessly with the Fiyrpod GPS devices.

Athletes will receive detailed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, offering a clear picture of their progress and areas for improvement. These insights create a data-driven approach to training, allowing for precise adjustments and optimization. Additionally, the program fosters a unique connection with our coaches even if the athlete’s physical location is very distant, offering a more personalized experience than ever before Through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, AI video analysis and virtual support, athletes can stay motivated and aligned with their goals, ensuring that every session they complete brings them closer to peak performance and higher sprint velocities.
