WHAT’S NEXT?
Once you complete your online registration, you will receive an email inviting you to download our app, Zen Planner.
You will also receive a temporary password to log in for the first time to the app and install your account on the app.
Then the waivers must be signed through the app, once that is done the calendar will be freed up and you will RESERVE your sessions through the calendar. Sessions must be reserved at least 18 hours in advance. If you register for a 14 or 26 session ELITE package, your first session will be an assessment. The assessments must be done on the weekdays and not on a weekend session.
*There will be nothing on the calendar that will say ASSESSMENT. You will just reserve like any other session but we will know on our end that it’s the athletes assessment because it will say “first visit” on our end.
Make sure to bring regular shoes, cleats or track spikes and water to every session !

ABOUT OUR ATHLETE ELITE TRAINING
This training program is for the serious athlete who wants to achieve maximal speed and power development. Every athlete in the Elite program undergoes an assessment to determine limiting factors as well as current abilities. The results of that assessment determine the path forward and how we implement our speed and power training system to match that athlete’s individual needs and goals.
Athletes in this program are trained in a semi-private setting and data is collected in just about every training session and tracked over time to provide insight into the development and progress that is being made.
Measuring the critical elements and providing real-time feedback to the athletes increases training intention. Performance metrics and parameters are programmed into each rep and training session. This puts the athlete into a game day mindset and drives performance throughout each session. Personal records and performance are measured on an ongoing basis.
