At Plus 2 University’s Columbus location, we utilize five 1080 Sprint machines and GPS athlete tracking to enhance 40-yard dash speed for NFL prospects, providing unmatched access to cutting-edge technology.
These machines allow for individualized resistance training, assistance training, and precise speed analysis, enabling our athletes to fine-tune their acceleration, top-end speed, and explosiveness with real-time feedback and adjustments.
At Plus 2 University, we provide specialized training for the following tests:
