PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
DR. MATT LONGFELLOW
DPT
Matt is a leading Doctor of Physical Therapy in Columbus, Ohio and founded Diverge Performance Therapy after seeing the traditional healthcare system fail hundreds of people firsthand – including himself.
In his mid-20’s, Matt struggled with chronic lower back pain. Doctor’s couldn’t help and only offered pain medications and advice to “stop working out so hard.” That’s when he discovered physical therapy and how to heal his body naturally without giving up the workouts he enjoyed.
As someone who’s been through it himself, he understands what it’s like to be worried you’ll never enjoy your active life again. Or terrified of getting a dangerous surgery. Or having to rely on pain medications just to get through the day. It’s exhausting, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Dr. Matt was able to completely eliminate his own chronic back pain, and he’s helped hundreds of others get out of pain and get back to their life over the last 8 years and he looks forward to helping you do the same.
