OUR OFFERINGS

Our programs and offerings are designed with your needs in mind.

YOUTH TRAINING:

Choose from 1 to 3 days of group training per week based upon the maturity, commitment, needs, and biological skill level of your athlete or student.

ATHLETE ELITE:

This offering is for the serious athlete looking for high performance programming in a semi private environment. This training design is very specific and tailored  to the need of the athlete.

Both in season and off season programs available.

The goal here is not to over train an athlete but rather to build from the foundational level up or compliment and existing training program. Our focus is to build and develop the areas that are critical to high performance but possibly aren’t being developed for whatever reason in their current training regimen (lack of knowledge, time or resources). Mobility, dynamic-high velocity training (in the weight room or on the track), plyometrics, injury prevention and recovery are often overlooked or undertrained in athletes.

SMALL SCHOOL PRO DAY TRAINING:

For Division 1 collegiate football players finishing school or D1-aa, D2 or football players who want to train and give it their best shot at a pro day. This offering is affordable and all training is with noted NFL combine expert — coach Eric Lichter and his team. This is a great option for local athletes, or collegiate athletes in Ohio who can commute 3 days per week into Columbus. This training program is only offered from late December through mid March.
