Speed Mechanics, Speed Development, Strength, Power, Agility, Metabolic Conditioning, Balance, Mobility, Injury Prevention, Coordination, Body Composition Improvement, Recovery, Sport Skill, Attitude, Toughness, Leadership, Sacrifice, Confidence, Humility.

Youth Program:

(ages 6 -18 years old)
- Group Training
-Athlete to Coach ratio: 10 to 1 or better
-Max Class Size: 30 (includes both indoor & outdoor training space )

A comprehensive training program for ANY level of athlete or student from beginner to advanced. Train 1, 2, 3, or 4 days per week on the schedule and frequency that works for one’s age, goals & schedule. Training is sold in packages and the packages one is eligible to purchase is based upon the frequency of training per week.
Training 1 x week — eligible for Undergraduate packages ONLY
Training 2 x week — eligible for Undergraduate or Graduate packages
Training 3 or 4 x week — eligible for Undergraduate, Graduate or PHD packages

Athlete Elite Program:

(ages 14 & Up)
-Semi Private
-Athlete to Coach ratio: 6 to 1 or better
-Max Class Size: 15 (includes both indoor & outdoor training space )

A Individualized training program built specifically for the serious athlete looking for high performance programming. This program come with a specific training design tailored to the needs of the athlete. Both in season and off season programming available. Also, complimentary training programs can be built around existing training programs to help an athlete reach his or her full potential. We can build programs and train athletes in areas that are critical to high performance but are missing in their current program due to lack of knowledge, time or resources / technology. Training is sold in packages .

NFL Combine / Pro Day Preparation

(collegiate draft eligible players)
-Semi Private

A specialized training program for FBS, FCS, D2 or D3 collegiate football players looking to train and be thoroughly prepared for a combine or a pro day opportunity. This offering is affordable and all training is with noted NFL combine expert — coach Eric Lichter and his team. This is a great option for local athletes, or collegiate athletes in Ohio who can commute into Columbus as well. This training program is only offered from late December through mid March.

A training offering for adults wanting to improve their fitness and overall body composition (meaning reduce fat and achieve a leaner, fitter body) .These are bootcamp style workouts that are challenging while accommodating to allow for a large variance in fitness levels, skill and strength. If you want to be challenged mentally & physically and you like variety and creativity, you will love these workouts and this training group environment.
