Adult Fit Training
Everyone has an inner athlete driving them to stay strong, healthy and active . Strength training is so important especially as we age. The number one way to maintain the best body composition and fight the aging process is through building lean muscle tissue. There is a minimum threshold of intensity that must be reached in your workouts to derive a benefit. Let us help to ensure you train hard enough while staying pain free.
If you like training variety, creativity and want to be challenged mentally and physically then you’re a fit for these training sessions. These sessions can accommodate beginner fitness levels all the way to advanced and are conducted in a group environment.
Sessions involve metabolic strength training circuits and station type workout designs as well as movement and interval conditioning. These sessions are aimed at reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle.
